Time Frame: Customers have 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return.

Shipping: Return shipping is free for the customer. we will provide a prepaid return shipping label upon approval of the return request.

Restocking Fee: There will be no restocking fee charged for returned items.

Final Sale Items: Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return.

    • Submit the Form: After filling out the form, submit it for processing.

Shipping Instructions:

  • Upon approval, you will receive an email with shipping instructions and a prepaid return shipping label.

Receiving and Inspection:

  • Once the return is received, it will be inspected by the store’s staff.
  • A notification email will be sent to you regarding the receipt and status of your returned item.

Exchange Policy:

  • In cases where the item received is damaged, defective, or broken, customers are eligible to request an exchange rather than a return. The same process for initiating a return will apply for exchanges.

Refund Policy:

  • Via PayPal:
    • After the returned item is received, inspected, and approved, a full refund will be processed.
    • The refund will be issued to the original method of payment, in this case, the customer’s PayPal account.

General Notes:

  • The customer should keep a copy of the return shipping receipt until the return is finalized.
